How it works
- This program currently ships to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Netherlands, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, and Portugal only.
- Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the receiver's responsibility, not ours.
- Standard shipping is included at no cost. If you need faster delivery, express shipping is available for an additional charge.
- We offer the Solid Rosewood Cremation Urn at no cost to approved applicants, available in Adult and Pet sizes — you only pay if you'd like to upgrade materials or add engraving.
- Because this program is community-funded by our own margins, approvals are made case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

Who is eligible for a free urn?
We prioritize applicants facing genuine financial hardship following the loss of a loved one or pet. There's no strict income cutoff — we read every story and make a judgment call.
How many free urns do you give away each month?
We don't cap the number in advance. Approvals are made case-by-case based on our available capacity that month.
How long does it take to hear back?
We personally review every application and respond within 5–7 business days by email.
Is there any cost involved?
The Solid Rosewood Cremation Urn is provided at no cost to approved applicants, in your choice of Adult or Pet size. Optional upgrades, like premium materials or engraving, are available at your own expense if you'd like them.

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Netherlands, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, and Portugal. We hope to expand this list over time.
Do I have to pay customs duties?
Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country's customs authority are the receiver's responsibility, not ours.
Can I get faster shipping?
Standard shipping is included at no cost. If you need express delivery, it's available for an additional charge, which we'll confirm with you by email before shipping.
What if my application isn't approved?
Because this program is funded from our own margins, we can't approve every request. If you're not approved, we'll let you know and, where possible, point you toward other resources.
