Production & Dispatch Timeline
Each urn is inspected and prepared individually before it leaves our hands. How long that takes depends on whether your order includes custom engraving.
Standard Orders
Orders without engraving are inspected, packed, and dispatched within 3 business days of purchase.
Custom Engraved Orders
Engraved urns require additional production time. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days before dispatch.

SOULURNS ships both within the United States and internationally.

*Transit time begins after dispatch and is in addition to the production timeline above. Remote areas and customs processing for international orders may add extra time.
Order Tracking
- You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed.
- A separate shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched.
- Custom engraved orders will show "In Production" status until dispatch — this is expected and not a delay.
Customs, Duties & International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer — they are not included in your order total at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Every urn is carefully packed to withstand transit, but if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please reach out within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can make it right.
