SOULURNS® is a registered trademark of Qualcosa International Private Limited. The SOULURNS name, our logo, and associated branding may not be used, copied, or imitated — in whole or in part — without our prior written permission.
This includes use in domain names, social media handles, marketplace listings, advertising, or any context that could suggest an affiliation with or endorsement by SOULURNS that does not exist.
Copyrighted Content
The following are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our permission:
- All product photography appearing on this website
- Written content, including product descriptions, guides, and blog posts
- Page layouts, graphics, and visual design elements
- Any video or audio content we publish
This applies whether the content is copied directly, edited, cropped, or used to create a derivative listing elsewhere, including on marketplaces, social media, or competing websites.
Product Designs
Many of our urn designs — including proportions, engraving patterns, surface treatments, and decorative motifs such as our Tree of Life and other signature carvings — represent original work developed by our design and production team. Where these designs qualify for design right or copyright protection, we reserve all rights to them. Replicating, reverse-engineering, or closely imitating our designs for manufacture or resale, including through third-party factories, is not permitted without our written consent.
What's Allowed
You're welcome to:

What's not allowed without our written permission:

We will review valid requests and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the content in question. We may also share your request with the party who posted the content, where legally required or appropriate.
If Your Content Was Removed
If we've removed or disabled content of yours in response to an infringement report and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may contact us with an explanation and any supporting information. We will review the matter in good faith and respond accordingly.
