If the size, material, or design you need doesn't exist in our standard catalog, our OEM program covers building it from scratch. This is a different process from private label, where you brand an existing product. OEM development means new tooling, new specifications, and a design process built around exactly what you're trying to create.
What custom manufacturing typically involves
You share your design intent, target size, material, and quantity. We review feasibility against what's achievable in production and flag anything that would need adjustment.
We produce a sample based on the agreed specification before committing to full production, so you can confirm size, finish, and material in hand before placing a full order.
Once the sample is approved, any required molds, jigs, or production setup specific to your design are finalized. This is typically a one-time cost tied to your specific design, separate from per-unit product pricing.
Your order moves into full production once tooling is confirmed. Lead time for custom orders typically runs longer than standard catalog orders, since it includes design and setup time rather than just manufacturing time.
What to expect
Custom manufacturing generally requires a higher minimum order quantity than our standard catalog products, since tooling and setup costs need to be spread across enough units to make sense. Exact minimums depend on the complexity of your design, the material involved, and how much it differs from products we already produce.

Looking for something simpler?
If you just need your branding on one of our existing designs rather than a new product, see our private label & white label page instead, which is typically faster and has lower minimums.
